My name is Patricia Lee, and I’m a 2012 Duke University graduate with a Bachelor’s in Political Science, a certificate in Policy Journalism & Media Studies, and a minor in International Comparative Studies.
I am currently working as a web producer and copy editor for The New Yorker and have previously worked for Grantland, The Associated Press, espnW and The News & Observer, bylining many stories as well as copy editing and producing pieces (videos, stories, photo galleries, etc.) for the web. In a communications role, I have worked at Duke Admissions and the Sanford School of Public Policy penning press releases, contributing to the newsletter, updating brochures, and organizing spreadsheets. I have also worked on social media campaigns and online marketing strategies for Mr Youth as a BlackBerry brand Ambassador.
